Coahoma Softball partners with Bulldog Steel for Futures and Alumni Games

Coahoma Softball has partnered with Bulldog Steel and is proud to announce a Coahoma Futures and Alumni game in which they'll showcase all of their young talented players coming up and allow any and all past Bulldogettes to relive the spirit of the game they came to love. This event will serve as a fundraiser for the Coahoma HS Softball Teams.

The Futures Game will consist of a Red and White team and will be a regular (controlled) game. Since it includes girls from different grade levels, matchups will be controlled as best as possible so that there is no obvious disadvantage to the hitter or the pitcher. Teams will be posted on the day of the game. Please Pre-Register on Coahoma ISD Facebook page.

The Alumni Game will be a game between alumni players on either a Red or White team. The game will be a regular game with the only exception being the pitching machine. The pitching machine will be set to throw a 55 mph fastball and a 48 mph changeup. Teams will use a live catcher. Teams will be posted the day of the game. Please Pre-Register on Coahoma ISD Facebook Page.

There will also be a Home Run Challenge that will be open to anyone (husbands included), and the pitching machine will be set at 55 mph. Using a 33-23 softball bat whomever hits the most Home Runs in the same at bat is declared the Champion. For $10 the participant will get 5 swings. Register on the day of the game.

Coahoma Softball will also have team jerseys from previous years for sale to anyone for $10.
