The Health Info Fair, hosted by the Big Spring Area Chamber of Commerce in downtown Big Spring, will be held tomorrow from 8 AM to Noon in the 100 and 200 blocks of Main Street in downtown Big Spring.

Debbye Valverde, Executive Director for the Big Spring Area Chamber of Commerce, told KBest News that this year's event is totally different. This year they'll be set up in the street and will include screenings, food, fun, and an opportunity to get vaccinated.

Those wanting to get the COVID-19 vaccine will be able to do so with Scenic Mountain Medical Center for free. They'll be set up for vaccinations inside of the Expedition Royalty office building, located at 220 S. Main.

Although the Bike Rodeo will not be returning this year, there will be a Kids Fitness Course. Those that finish the fitness course will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a Nintendo Switch, courtesy of Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Big Spring.

This year’s Health Info Fair is sponsored by Big Spring Center for Skilled Care, HEB, Dora Robert Rehabilitation Center, Parkview Skilled Care and Rehabilitation, Home Hospice, Scenic Mountain Medical Center, KBest Radio Group, Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Expedition Royalty, and KBYG.

The event is free and the public is welcomed and encouraged to attend. Be advised that masks and social distancing are encouraged.
