Permian Basin Oilfield and Energy Ministry, a ministry with Nazarene Church, focuses on outreach to oilfield and energy workers disconnected from their families. Tomorrow morning, they’ll be teaming up with First Baptist Coahoma to host a pop-up food distribution site in Coahoma.
This will take place from 8-10 AM at First Baptist Coahoma, located at 201 South Avenue. They’ll be providing baby items and non-perishable items for anyone in need of assistance. The only thing they’ll be asked to provide is their name, address, and the number of people in their household to ensure that they receive an adequate amount of supply boxes.
According to Josh Cisneros, Ministry Coordinator for the Permian Basin Oilfield and Energy Ministries and Pastor at The Bridge Church of the Nazarene, the event is made possible with help from Daily Bread, the food ministry from Spring Creek Fellowship in Big Spring and Nazarene Compassionate Ministries and the district.
