Saturday:
7 th Grade A Team:
Our 7 th Grade A Team played well at the Forsan Tournament on Saturday. In the first game, we lost to Colorado City in two sets (17-25 and 14-25). We then split sets with Coahoma (25-14 and 11-25), The first set was won with a comeback from being behind. There was no third set tournament wide so instead there was a point differential in which Coahoma took the win. Jaycee Smith, Ambrie Franco, Niomi Wines, Nevvaeh Morris, Elena Lopez, and Carnesha Rutledge played well consistently throughout the tournament. We are so proud of how the entire team communicated and encouraged each other on the court.

8 th Grade A Team:
Our 8 th Grade A team started out playing Water Valley and won the first set 25-22 but fell short in the second set losing 25-23. We played Sterling City and beat them in two sets, and moved on to play Colorado City. This game was also won to win the Consolation Bracket. Stand-out players this tournament include Cloe Viasana, Brooklyn Hyatt, and Kylee Haynie.

Junior High Volleyball Highlights for the 2019-2020 Season They were strong and consistent even though all the rest of the girls stepped up to help the team.
