Big Spring, TX - On November 27, 2018, at approximately 4:00 p.m., inmate Edgar Terrones was discovered missing from the Federal Prison Camp in Big Spring, Texas.
Mr. Edgar Terrones is a 22-year old, Hispanic male with black hair, brown eyes, 5’7” tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds. The United States Marshals Service and other law enforcement agencies were notified, and an internal investigation was initiated. Mr. Terrones was sentenced in the Western District of Texas to 37-months for Importation of 5 Kilograms or More of Cocaine and Possession with Intent to Distribute 5 Kilograms or More of Cocaine.
