Richard Kincannon of Shamrock, TX is traveling through Texas to let people know about his "Jesus Trailer" that has a fold out stage that he allows people to use in exchange for donations to pay for travel expenses. He said that he's making a winter run through Texas to let people see the trailer and see if anyone is interested in booking places where they can come back in the summer so it can be available for local bands to play Christian music, or "any type of music that God would approve of" for a show.
When asked why there were Jesus images on the trailer, Kincannon stated that he's retired and this is his way of paying back God. "I know we have to go through Jesus, and he's the image we have to look at to get through God."
He went on to say that he's been traveling since December 1st, 2017 to show off the trailer and to encourage people to get "Heaven ready." He said he originally wasn't planning to drive through Big Spring today, but a friend suggested that he do it.
You can check out the "Jesus Trailer" in the Big Spring Walmart parking lot until 2 PM, and you can hear more about this story tomorrow morning on KBest 95.7 FM during the 6:10 AM and 7:10 AM news.
